Delegate Shott moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. House Bill No. 4433 -- H. B. 4433 -- A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §38-1-2a, all relating to deeds of trust to secure debts or indemnify sureties; providing rules of construction for how deeds of trust to secure debts or indemnify sureties are construed; and establishing the duties, rights, and obligations of parties to a deed of trust to secure debts or indemnify sureties.
